We do not switch tickets as long as show is presented as advertised.
NO TICKETS ARE SHIPPED OR HELD FOR PICK UP. Please print your receipt and bring it to the show. This serves as your admission. If your receipt is on your phone, please have screen ready to show before you enter our venue.In the event of severe weather, please check our website, and Facebook for show cancellations. In the event of program changes you will be notified via the email address you provide at time of ticket purchase.
Tickets are processed thru PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase tickets. We accept all major credit cards. There is a $3.00 processing fee per ticket.
The Lizzie Rose Music Room has a no refund policy. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule The Lizzie Rose Music Room will always honor the purchased ticket for the same artist at the original price. If a show is canceled and not rescheduled you will be issued a credit to be used towards any future concert.

If buying tickets for multiple shows, please duplicate your receipt so you have one for each show.
If you have purchased premium front row reserved seats, you must be seated by the start of the performance at 7:30 PM.
The Lizzie Rose Music Room reserves the right to offer front row seating to other patrons if not occupied after the start of the performance.
